Re-Opening of Prometheus Club at Southern Lima

Re-Opening of Prometheus Club at Southern Lima, a meeting place especially to discuss different current issues  or other ones chosen by the majority attendees' votes.

In its first season Prometheus Club meetings were from May to July, 2015.
